The Finance Department provides a number of financial support services to City Council and all City Departments. Departmental responsibilities include financial accounting and reporting, budget preparation and management, cash management/investments, long-range financial planning, revenue collection, purchasing, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, fixed asset management, business licensing, debt management, reprographics and information technology.
