The City of West Covina, in keeping with its ongoing efforts to serve all members of the community, is updating its Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) self-evaluation and transition plan. The accessibility plan provides a comprehensive plan for access for individuals with disabilities to City of West Covina facilities, parks, programs, services, activities, and events.
The City of West Covina complies with the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990, Public Law 101-336, which prohibits discrimination on the basis of disability.
