The City of West Covina accepts vendors from all over Southern California! The City encourages retail/ commercial vendors, food vendors, non-profit organizations, and other government entities to apply. Each vendor must submit the Vendor Application as applicable to the event.
Vendors supply their own tent/canopy, tables, chairs, fire extinguishers, signage, electricity, ice, and any additional booth items. The City of West Covina does not supply any items.
Booth fees are for the 10 X 10 space only. It is mandatory that the tent have sandbags on all four counters to secure it for inclement weather. If you intend to use a generator or propane tank, you must indicate this on the application and Fire Code Permit Application. Fire Code Permit fees will be waived, but each vendor must fill out an application.
Food Vendors with a Valid Los Angeles County Mobile Vending Permit
You will need to provide a copy of a valid Los Angeles County Health Department Mobile Vending permit at the time of the application.
Food Vendors without a Valid Los Angeles County Mobile Vending Permit
You will need to apply for a Temporary Food Facility (TFF). You must fill out the TFF on the Vendor Application. The City will submit the TFF to the Los Angeles County Health Department for approval. Please only use the TFF on the vendor application.
